ROGUES TICKET POLICIES
Extreme Weather Events - Rain outs
In the case of extreme weather, games may be postponed before the game’s original starting time. This information will be communicated through an email system and social media. At the game’s original start time, the umpires will determine whether the game will be started, delayed, or postponed. All efforts will be made to play the game.
RAIN CHECKS (if a game is postponed or cancelled):
For non-season ticket holders, your tickets may be exchanged for a Rogues Regular Season home game for tickets of equal or lesser value (subject to availability).
If this occurs, we recommend exchanging tickets in advance of the game you wish to attend. They can also be exchanged just prior to the game you wish to attend.
Tickets must be exchanged at the Rogues Ticket Office located at Harry & David Field. Please call ahead for non-game day box office hours 541-973-2883.
You must have a ticket for the game you wish to attend in order to be scanned in at the front gates. Tickets for a postponed games or rain outs MUST BE exchanged for the game you wish to attend. (For example: if a game is postponed on a Friday and then made up the next day in a double header — you need a ticket dated for that day’s game in order to attend).
REMINDER: A game must go at least 5 innings to be considered official.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE OF TICKETS
NO TICKET WASTED POLICY:
Have tickets you can’t use? Print them out and donate them back to the ticket office! Our staff will donate them to some lucky new Rogues fans.
Season Ticket Holders can exchange unused season tickets at the box office for a bleacher ticket to any future games.
