Rogues Add Local Talent to 2016 Roster

ROGUES ADD LOCAL TALENT TO 2016 ROSTER

 

Medford, Oregon - The Medford Rogues are excited to announce the addition of 5 more players that have the expertise to lead the Rogues to a successful 2016 season in the Great West League. Dylan Pearce, graduate of Crater High School, will also join the Rogues pitching staff for another exciting summer of baseball in the Rogue Valley.

 

Dylan Pearce - RHP at Southwestern Oregon Community College

Dylan Pearce is local to the Rogue Valley and is a 2015 graduate of Crater High School and was named All-Midwestern First Team Pitcher. At SWOCC, Pearce has pitched 32.1 innings, a 2.50 ERA and 2-1 overall record. He has given up 9 earned runs and has struck out 25 opposing batters.

 

Jared Denning - Catcher at University of Utah

Jared Denning is a freshman catcher at the University of Utah. He was selected as the All-Napa County Baseball Player of the Year and was the co-Solano County Athletic Conference MVP as a senior at American Canyon High School. He hit .357 over a four-year varsity career with 62 RBI, 24 doubles, seven triples and 77 walks with just 32 strikeouts. He was named team MVP his senior year.

 

Connor McNally - Middle Infielder at University of Utah

McNally is a freshman infielder at the University of Utah. He was a three-time all-Diablo Foothill Athletic League, earning first-team honors as a senior and junior at Campolindo HS and helped lead Campolindo to two North Coast Section championships. McNally was a dual-sport athlete in high school, as an all-league player in football, with Campolindo winning a state championship in 2014.

 

Chad Bell - Infielder at Western Nevada College

Bell is a freshman infielder at Western Nevada College originally from Fort Collins, Colorado. Currently at Western Nevada, Bell is batting .255 with 9 doubles and 12 RBIs and has scored 26 runs.

 

Andrew Pucillo - LHP at Iona College

Andrew Pucillo is a junior lefty pitcher from Iona College. As a sophomore, he appeared in 17 games for the Gaels, with a 3.76 ERA with 21 strikeouts in 26.1 innings pitched. Pucillo had a 6.92 ERA in 13 innings as a freshman and struck out 20. At Iona College, Pucillo has a career 6.16 ERA and a 1-4 record.

Season tickets and flex packs are now available for the 2016 season. The Weekend Warrior Flex Pack includes access to all Friday, Saturday and Sunday games of the season and Grand Slam Saturdays Flex Pack includes tickets to all five Saturdays. Each pack includes tickets to the All-Star Game. Season tickets are also available and include the All-Star game.
